Remote Agency Recruiter Position

If you are a high performing staffing agency recruiter looking for a small tight knit contract staffing team working high volume roles, we want to hear from you. If you are tired of team drama, micromanaging, endless meetings and topped out commission plans we want to hear from you. Hicks Professional Group is a family-owned Service Disabled Veteran Owned IT staffing agency working for the largest systems integrators serving the largest Government and Utilities contracts. We are looking for a performance metrics driven recruiter who has a proven track record of high-volume placements.


  • 5+ years of proven IT contract staffing agency experience with a minimum of 3 years at one company.
  • Proven track record of knowing, understanding, and performing to staffing industry best practices and performance metrics to manage workflow.
  • Proven experience recruiting contractors with a broad range of IT and Professional skillsets.
  • Proven understanding of the latest technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS system with an understanding the importance of system documentation.
  • Proven track record of being self driven and managing your daily activities by working independently or remote.
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service with your consultants on billing.
  • Deep desire to be part of a small team with a candid and open communication style where you can perform your best without office drama or politics.
  • You know that your outstanding performance helps the team succeed more together and you want to be rewarded for that.
