Description: The person hired for the position of Sales Support Administrator will focus on customized orthodontic solutions and will independently perform Sales administrative work under supervision for assigned region/territory by mail, telephone, or the internet at a fixed site. The individual utilizes active listening and communication skills to be able to understand internal and external customers in a consultative manner. The individual independently plans and manages time and resources for utilization of multiple systems while driving business needs while having the ability to coordinate internal and external resources in order to provide optimal customer service. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Data Entry into Corporate Databases ie SF Analyze Multi System Reports Determines appropriate Call to Action based on the customer type and need based on stage in sales cycle Communicate with Cross functional teams to expedite the needs of customers Collects and Sends customer facing Marketing Materials Skills: Data entry, Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, Administrative skills, Administrative support, Customer service, Administration, Clerical, Administrative assistance, Front desk Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • Possess a bachelor's degree form an accredited institution skillful use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: • Literate • Skills include: Power of influence, analytical ability, written and verbal communication, active listening, planning, administrative and the ability to multitask. • Bilingual Language skills are desired ie French Experience Level: Intermediate Level Details: Pay: $17-18/hr Placement Type: Contract Duration: 1 year Location: Fully Remote Schedule - (West coast hours) M-F 6:30am - 3pm or 7am-4pm PST About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
