How about this one?** We're seeking for our Insurance client in based out of Caledonia, MI and Woodland Hills, CA, a Remote (Work-from-Home) Commission Administrative Assistant to assist their Operations Department. This role is eligible for Kelly Services Contractor benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Role is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm and the **pay rate is $21.75/hr** . Contract is set to last through the end of July 2022

Typical Job duties include (but are not limited to):

The Commission Administrative Assistant will support the Commission team by performing the following essential functions:

• Provide daily data entry support for the commission functions:

• Working the negative balance report on a monthly basis

• Logging incoming checks

• Work the uncashed check report, voiding and reissuing payments as needed

• Process book transfers and order books of business as needed

• Premium increase notices

• Monthly report status update for management

• Updating PAKII daily transaction error report

• Pulling Group Broker reports and statements

• Keying polices for special projects (test data)

• Triage mailboxes

• QC (quality checks) where needed

• Key book transfers and order books of business

• Any tasks required by management to support commission process and projects

Assist in other special projects that come up

Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Takes action based upon the best interest of the Company rather than how it affects him/her personally. Collaboration: Working effectively with others in the organization outside the line of formal authority such as peers in other units or senior management to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

Communication Skills: Communicate daily with all appropriate personnel, complete written reports as required on a timely basis Action Oriented: Enjoys working hard; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning.

Must-have job requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a strong plus

2-3 years of strong consistent Administrative, Claims or Accounting experience- must have previous experience handling general ledgers and data entry

Expert in Microsoft Excel and Word

Effective communications skills, in writing and verbally.

Experience in the use of computer systems

Adequate work space at your residence
