Qualifications
  • Full cycle recruitment experience of professionals in the Accounting/Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and Business Optimization space
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network of consulting and interim staffing talent through various channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with clientele in a professional, consultative manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and change focus as needed
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Bullhorn, Fieldglass, etc.)
  • Technical proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Job Requirements:
Experience and Education
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
