Job Description

Job Summary
Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.
What you'll do:
• Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the department's vision of a customer centric call center
• Assist customers with filling out application via telephone • Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product • Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
• Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
• Submit applications and relay results to the customer
• Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available • Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
• Maintain database on new and existing customers
• Meet quality and productivity goals

Remote work requirements:
• Reside in Oklahoma or the Kansas City Metro Area
• Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps
• Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
• Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction

Other requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
