- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) – Diplomas not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of bedside nursing experience (1–7 years preferred)
- Must be willing to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Benefits
- Tax-Free Monthly Salary: SAR 16,000 – 20,000 (USD 4,500 – 6,500)
- Bonuses & Allowances:
- Annual bonus equal to 1 month’s salary
- Specialty pay depending on department
- Overtime Pay: 150% of standard hourly rate
