Bridgeton Holdings is seeking a highly organized, technology-driven, and proactive Regional Sales Support Coordinator to provide portfolio-wide sales support across our growing collection of hotels and resorts.
This unique position serves as a centralized resource for the Sales organization, supporting multiple properties and acting as an extension of both on-property sales teams and corporate leadership. As the portfolio's dedicated sales support coordinator, you will help ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all sales functions.
The Regional Sales Support Coordinator will monitor sales pipelines, assist with lead management, support prospecting initiatives, provide reporting and analytics, maintain CRM and sales systems, and step in to support properties during periods of high volume, staffing transitions, vacations, or other coverage needs. This role is designed to ensure that opportunities are captured, clients receive timely responses, and sales teams remain focused on revenue generation.

Portfolio & Pipeline Support
▪ Monitor sales pipelines across all properties to identify bottlenecks and assist overwhelmed Sales Support Coordinators with estimates, proposals, contracts, invoicing and client inquiries
▪ Prepare accurate and timely estimates, proposals, invoices and contracts for all properties as needed
▪ Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly on behalf of any property
▪ Create and distribute BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), invoices, run-of-show documents, and additional event templates
▪ Maintain full knowledge of all sales spaces, venue details, and property spreadsheets across the portfolio
▪ Serve as the designated backup for all dedicated property Sales Support Coordinators during absences due to illness, vacation, or leave
Reporting, Analytics & Prospecting
▪ Assist the Sales Support & Analytics Manager with reporting, data compilation, and prospecting as needed
▪ Prospect for new business opportunities utilizing Event Temple (ET) and Apollo
▪ Maintain and update sales billing spreadsheets and tracking documents across the portfolio
▪ Support billing processes including use of Canary and Bill.com
Technology, AI & Documentation
▪ Leverage AI tools and platforms to build templates, improve workflows, and create operational resources
▪ Prepare and format documents, presentations, menus, and other sales materials as requested
▪ Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems across all properties
▪ Oversee and assist with inputting of rooming lists for all properties
▪ Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless event and group coordination
QualificationsWhat You Bring
Required Qualifications
-Previous experience in hospitality sales, events, operations, or administrative support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously without losing accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional client-facing presence
-Full working knowledge of hotel PMS systems and CRM platforms (multi-property experience strongly preferred)
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
-Comfortable learning and utilizing AI tools and emerging technology platforms
-Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a dynamic, remote environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience with Event Temple, Apollo, Bill.com, Canary, or similar hospitality systems
-Knowledge of group rooming lists, BEOs, event documentation, and hospitality billing processes
-Analytical mindset with a drive to improve workflows and processes
-Experience supporting senior sales leadership with prospecting and reporting
