The Regional Sales Manager will serve as a member of the Sales Leadership Team for the Experian Data Quality (EDQ) North America Business Unit and drive new business across a team of account executives by prospecting and strategically partnering with internal resources in new accounts and logos.
You will lead a team of account executives responsible for driving new business. Your skills and experience will help to develop go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities to drive business growth across the North America Market and Canada markets with an emphasis on all vertical organizations. Additionally, you will work with our Sales Leadership Team and other areas of the business to develop talent and cultivate an inclusive environment.
Coach and develop your team of account executives to provide an outstanding client experience.
Develop and drive individual development plans across your team of account executives to support career growth and industry expertise
Assist members of your team develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans
Design processes, tactics, playbooks, and policies that deliver long-term repeatable success
Work with other business units at Experian to drive partnerships and grow our largest company wide customers
Develop training and sales methodology in support of the regions new business targets
