For one of our clients, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, remotely from the United Kingdom.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing sales executives to achieve new customer acquisition targets. You will guide and mentor your team, ensuring that they meet and exceed sales goals, while building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Your focus will be on driving growth through team leadership, performance monitoring, and setting clear objectives. This position requires someone with a track record of sales leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships both internally and externally.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, objective-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales executives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand the customer base and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in EOR (Employer of Record), payroll, or HR, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or finance.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other common sales tools is preferred.
