What You'll Do:

Join us as a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities for Digital Power across your designated territories and potentially additional areas in the future. You'll be pivotal in expanding our market presence, achieving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our diverse range of power electronic products and solutions. This role involves strategizing to win new business, managing sales through various channels, and collaborating with partners to meet ambitious growth targets.

  • Drive Sales and Growth: Lead sales initiatives across assigned territories, expanding Digital Power's market presence and reaching sales goals. You'll strategize to capture new business and manage sales through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand and communicate the value of our products and solutions, identifying customer needs and demonstrating how our offerings meet those needs. Respond to sales leads, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Represent Digital Power at local/regional tradeshows and conferences.
  • Sales Strategy Participation: Your insights from the front lines will be invaluable in weekly sales strategy discussions. Contributing to the forecasting of opportunities helps shape the sales direction and tactics.
  • Sales Metrics Achievement: You are expected to consistently meet or exceed sales activity metrics on a quarterly basis. Your performance will be measured against these metrics to ensure alignment with the company’s sales goals.
  • Sales Management: Achieve consistent sales targets, participate in strategic sales discussions, and maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM. Be prepared for future travel to meet business needs.


Who You Are:

  • Sales Pro: You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, including a successful track record in the Power Electronics industry. Experience with distribution and manufacturer reps is a plus.
  • Educated and Skilled: You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent, with strong account management, communication, and business judgment skills. A self-starter, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for those experienced in NetSuite CRM. You possess excellent phone, listening, and writing skills, and are adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
