We strive to ensure we're fulfilling our team members' career potentials through training, skills-development, and career pathways - as our team members grow and succeed both personally and professionally, so does Hudson.This Regional Recruiter job is for you if you enjoy... assisting in the company's talent acquisition efforts, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, etc. by supporting the Director of Talent and working closely with the talent team and colleagues from across the organization.This will be a remote-based position.Regional Recruiter Key Accountabilities:Recruitment Process:Coordinates and leads internal and external full-cycle recruitment activities in corporate offices and field operations across North AmericaEnsures alignment directly to job requirements, including advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies, writing, posting and advertising job opportunitiesCreates and maintains job descriptions in consultation with Leaders.
