Location: Phoenix, AZ - 100% remote to start, then Hybrid Onsite/Remote, MUST BE IN PHOENIX AREA TO START

Salary: $150,000 with 20% bonus and LTI potential

The Direct Hire Regional People Partner will be responsible for delivering proactive support towards key stakeholders and anticipates business needs. They will focus on strategic activities such as organization and leadership development, culture and engagement, employer of choice and strategic workforce planning.

Background Profile:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR related field with a minimum of 6 years of HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate within various levels of the organization and excellent negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, implement and close multiple projects
  • Have the capacity to understand people issues impacting the business
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
  • Proven ability to influence others
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation
