In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive profitable growth across the assigned region in alignment with short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies, including the successful introduction and adoption of new products and solutions.
  • Identify regional and local growth opportunities and implement initiatives that improve revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and influence independent or third‑party sales partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and strong performance.
  • Establish clear, measurable goals and conduct regular market visits, performance reviews, and business planning activities.
  • Manage regional promotions, programs, and investments to achieve sales and activity targets within defined budgets.
  • Build and maintain annual regional business plans using established tools, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate across functions and take on additional responsibilities as business priorities evolve.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Willing to travel up to around 60% within territory
  • Experience leading sales efforts in a regional, territory‑based, or multi‑market environment.
  • Demonstrated success working within indirect, distributor, channel, or partner‑based sales models.
  • Ability to analyze market data, financial performance, and sales metrics to inform decisions and business plans.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience with business planning, budgeting, and managing programs within defined financial guidelines.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and standard business software.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.

 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in commercial, industrial, facilities, distribution, or business‑to‑business sales environments.
  • Experience within the cleaning industry and familiarity with commercial distribution channels.
  • Background managing or supporting independent sales organizations, channel partners, or third‑party representatives.
  • Experience supporting product launches, portfolio expansion, or solution‑based selling.
  • Familiarity with negotiating customer programs, pricing structures, or long‑term agreements.
  • Industry exposure to JanSan, facilities solutions, industrial products, or adjacent markets.
