We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic Regional HR Advisor for North Asia to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with our business goals while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture across the region.

Requirements

About The Role You will be familiar with labour law in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea.

  • Partner with regional leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and champion a positive workplace culture across North Asia.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, while advising management on policy adherence and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices across North Asia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and provide strategic solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in different sectors including technology space
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the North Asia region is an advantage.
