Job Description

Our client, a private security and protection company, is looking to hire a Regional Recruiter, on a contract to hire basis! This position can be worked FULLY REMOTE nationwide!

Business hours are flexible- Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) (9am-5pm) (10am-6pm)

Pay rate for this role will range between $20-$30 per hour

*Job Description*

* The Regional Recruiter is responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for the assigned areas or jobs. In this role, the incumbent will act as the primary recruiting contact for key client groups regarding specific candidates and meet diversity, gender, and other recruiting and sourcing goals as required.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provides proactive, timely, cost-effective recruitment and screening of qualified candidates from sourcing through the hiring process
* Deploys a variety of recruiting methods and strategies, including web technology, employee referrals and networking
* Amends and posts job descriptions; sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates and adjudicates background investigations; extends and negotiates offers letters
* Builds relationships with management to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
* Consults with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
* Ensures all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
* Performs other duties as assigned or necessary

*Positions Recruiting For: *

* Drivers Class B & D,
* Cashiers (process cash for banks/federal reserve, auditing, running money through machines),
* Armed Security guards

*Minimum Qualifications: *

* Minimum of 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
* Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for high volume positions
* Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers across multiple locations
* Bachelor's Degree in People Science or HR related field

*Preferred Qualifications: *

* Workday ATS/HRIS experience
* CRM experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email

*Professional Skills: *

* Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
* Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
* Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
* Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical and problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
