We are searching for a Recruitment Proposal Writer to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and coordinating the bid response process, conducting research, writing, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of 'standard' answers and templates, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process and customizing answers as necessary individual bids.

A top-notch Recruitment Proposal Writer will be able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. Ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, especially written English grammar, spelling & vocabulary, combined with the ability to understand complex concepts and tender questions to provide clear concise responses while working to tight deadlines and challenging targets and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of the Talent Acquisition industry, be an analytical thinker, as well as technically savvy and action oriented.

**As a Recruitment Proposal Writer, you will:**

+ Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling

+ Conduct research and brainstorm key points to include in the bid

+ Craft persuasive and detailed proposals

+ Manage inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management / delivery

+ Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines

+ Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids

+ Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission

+ Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers

+ Develop knowledge of business, its products and services by reading and review previous bid and design documents and spending time with presales, technical and commercial functions

+ Develop computer-based document store and reference materials

+ Review and improve other customer materials and develop a consistent set of standards for other commercial functions to follow

+ Develop a set of standard templates for less complex bids Management of all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent job-related experience

+ 3+ years of proven talent acquisition industry / bid writing experience

+ Superb written and verbal communication skills

+ You will be required to submit a minimum of 3 writing samples that best demonstrate your writing ability

+ Demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-or similar office suite)
