Job Description This position is responsible for providing the highest level of service to candidates and hiring teams. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of recruiting functions including sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates to meet the needs of the organization. This role will partner with the Retail Recruiters and hiring managers to build and implement effective sourcing strategies. What Would You Do? The Specifics. Works closely with the Retail Recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for a defined group of stores. Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the applicant tracking system, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, online job boards and employee referrals. Conducts phone interviews and pre-screening with potential candidates to determine fit for National Vision. Provides a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Participates and hosts job fairs. Creates recruiting reports for the People Team and Field Leaders. Enters and organizes requisitions into the applicant tracking system.
