Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the hiring process's administrative aspects, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and communicating with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. The coordinator ultimately aims to identify and present qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. They are a key link between potential employees and the company throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing: Posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing job boards, networking, and attending job fairs to attract potential candidates. 
  • Application screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. 
  • Candidate communication: Reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the application status. 
  • Interview coordination: Arranging interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, sending interview details, and managing candidate logistics. 
  • Initial candidate screening: Conducting phone or video interviews to assess basic qualifications and fit for the role. 
  • Candidate tracking: Maintaining accurate candidate information within Greenhouse and updating candidate progress throughout the hiring process. 
  • Onboarding support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders 
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines 
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in candidate information and documentation
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Recruitment knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance regulations 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment & sourcing experience: Hands-on experience identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent through Boolean search, passive sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.

 

The base salary for this position is between $45,000 - 60,000 + bonus + benefits
