Compensation: $23.75 to $27.50 hourly

This growing company has an opening via OfficeTeam for a highly-skilled and motivated Recruiting Coordinator. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about providing a phenomenal candidate experience to work anywhere between 20-40 hours per week. This individual is part of a growing company and TA function where you are an integral partner in shaping our employer brand. You are a natural leader, with the ability to maintain the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction. A key component of your job is building upon and improving candidate experience and supporting the talent acquisition team.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Help to create a lasting, positive first impression for candidates
  • Build and own an efficient interview scheduling process
  • Greet candidates via zoom or onsite and ensure seamless transitions throughout the interview
  • Manage unforeseen logistical complications during interviews
  • Process, enter, and manage sensitive candidate information in Workday
  • Create and build out recruiting best practices with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Manage internal and external job board postings
  • Support a team of both local and remote recruiters
  • Build relationships with key business partners

Job Requirements:

About You

  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience
  • Possess a high level of confidence and outstanding, professional communication skills
  • Adaptable & proactive nature to effectively and efficiently manage changes based on business demand
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • 1+ years of experience working in as a recruiting coordinator
  • Have experience with Workday or similar HRIS system
