Overview:
For 50 years, , headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., has been a comprehensive source for physical rehabilitation services. As a nonprofit organization, Brooks operates one of the nation's largest inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the U.S. with 160 beds, one of the region's largest home healthcare agencies, 40 outpatient therapy clinics, a Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation in partnership with Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group, two skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care. Brooks will treat more than 60,000 patients through its system of care each year. In addition, Brooks operates the Clinical Research Center, which specializes in research for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and more to advance the science of rehabilitation. Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic HR team! This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer to ensure a high quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will make a thoughtful impact using creativity and initiative in recruitment strategies. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day execution of the full cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles

Partner and consult with hiring managers to understand position being filled and ideal candidate profile

Actively identify, recruit and engage candidates and perform outbound sourcing efforts to fill positions in a timely fashion with high quality talent

Review and assess candidate's experience, education, training, and other qualifications against the candidate profile

Provide a best in class candidate experience for all candidates while establishing and maintain relationships to ensure a robust talent funnel for current and future opportunities

Oversee candidate screening and interview scheduling coordination

Successfully represent the employer brand for the benefit of talent recruitment

Ability to recruit for various locations/geographies throughout the system

Effectively communicate with managers to ensure all recruitment needs are met

Attend job fairs, conferences and recruitment opportunities as needed

Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field preferred

Minimum of five (5) years recruitment experience required; healthcare setting preferred

Demonstrated success with creative recruitment initiatives

Experience with exempt and non-exempt recruiting in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high volume roles

Knowledge of employment practices and laws

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional candidate experience focus

Comfortable working with employees in different locations

Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy of employee information

Demonstrated proficiency in applicant tracking systems; ICIMs experience preferred

Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office
