Job Description

Seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join a growing team. This company is experience extreme growth and seeking a Recruiter who can working a fast paced, ever changing environment!This position will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisitions and work cross-departmentally to fill critical positions within the organization.If you have a strong background in managing recruiting processes, partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to bring on stellar new teammates, then this is a great opportunity for you. ResponsibilitiesPartner with Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and identify key skills for new positions Assist the recruiting team in ad-hoc efforts, including taking on roles that may fall outside of designated areaExpand candidate funnel through partnering with firms, sourcing, digital channels, networking, referrals and in-person outreachManage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through offerCreate and define new job roles in partnership with hiring managers and leadershipProvide weekly reports on recruiting activity to leadershipContinuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to support our fast growing company Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as neededQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a recruiting role at a fast-paced technology companyStrong sourcing experience - you are able to pick up new roles and find relevant candidates quicklyStellar attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problemsExcellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to quickly recruit Experience and willingness to work in a startup environment with a hands-on approachAbility and eagerness to ramp up quickly on new sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems Salary: $60-90K annually (based on experience)Direct Hire position!REMOTE - candidate can sit anywhere in the USAPPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
