Working with one other recruiter to build out a growing not for profit tech company. You will be doing full cycle recruitment working mostly on tech roles. This role is fully remote!
This not for profit tech company has been around for just over 10 years and has just over 125 employees. Their success really grew during the pandemic being able to say that 1 in 4 kids use their educational software to help elementary students learn. They are very mission driven and hope to promote growth in education as well as tech.
-Full cycle recruitment
-Assist in identifying sources for candidates and job postings
-Develop a pipeline of candidates for sustainability
-Create and maintain both an internal and external candidate tracker
-Participate in HR initiatives as needed
-Be able to communicate with hiring managers on a daily/weekly basis
-Determine applicant qualifications through a phone screen and other interviews that follow
-Have at least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
-SAAS/engineering background would be nice
-Experience in recruiting for roles including: software engineers, data analysts, business development, support engineers, account executives
