**THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivers excellent quality and accurate work on assigned projects
- Develops candidate interest for available positions
- Interacts with candidates, hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and others to meet all performance objectives.
- May perform queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
- May directly source talent for open roles using both traditional and creative methods to find and attract candidates
- Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client
- Maintains accurate records and keeps systems updated at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned

**BEYOND THE ROLE DESCRIPTION ABOVE, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- We ARE open to considering active undergrad or grad-level students pursuing a business or human resources degree)
- Some professional/customer-oriented work experience is preferred.
