About the role

Our primary role is to provide on-site medical and emergency services to remote industrial sites, such as those within the Oil and Gas industry. Our Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing medical professionals, such as nurses and paramedics, to work at our client sites as well as clinical and administrative staff to work at our clinic locations.

 

We are currently sourcing for a Recruiter to fulfill a 3 month contract position, with the possibility of extension.

 

This is a fully remote role (candidates must be based in the province of Ontario). Corporate cell and laptop to be provided.

Key responsibilities

1. Effectively use MYHR (SuccessFactors) systems to drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, recording all relevant details associated to job requisitions and candidates in a timely manner, ensuring applicants are categorized effectively and regularly conducting system ‘housekeeping’.

2. Assist Recruitment Lead in utilizing various candidate sourcing channels from database mining to social networking searches and passive candidate headhunting via Indeed and Linkedin Recruiter.

3. Conducts candidate pre-screens, behavioural interviews and background checks per portfolio.

4. Create offer letters and send with onboarding package via Docu-sign.

5. Ensure “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process by ensuring all hiring policies and procedures.

About you

· 2-3 years healthcare/medical recruitment experience required

· Experience headhunting/passive sourcing candidates

· Experience preferred (but not required) in the oilfield /construction industry

· Experience preferred using SuccessFactors (MyHR)

· Intermediate Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Applicant Tracking System)

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
