Job Description The Recruiter is key in driving CityMDs growth and success by sourcing and selecting the best talent in alignment with the CityMD brand. They will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process and will be responsible for creating a pipeline for openings by sourcing candidates on multiple job sites, promoting opportunities at community events and job fairs, while managing inbound candidate applications. This is a remote role minus any in-person meetings or trainings. Candidate selected must reside in the NY Tri-State area to attend local events 1-2x per month. Duties and Responsibilities: Resources & Hiring Responsible for screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews with applicants Assess candidate skills and experience to determine the best fit in alignment with the CityMD brand and values To ensure that all communication and correspondence with applicants is timely and in keeping with CityMD culture To ensure that the recruitment process is aligned with CityMD culture, legally sound, runs smoothly and uses appropriate methods to ensure that candidates meet job and behavior requirements Inform candidates of progress and outcomes throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that appropriate communication is sent at each stage, within agreed timescales Partners with the business to assess hiring needs and strategy to acquire talent Update all necessary recruitment tracking reports as required to track recruitment activity Identify, manage and attend recruiting events, including job fairs, meetups, & networking events to source talent and build a pipeline Ensures that the hiring process complies with CityMD policies and procedures and with employment law Reporting Compile and maintain weekly reporting with accuracy Produce ad hoc reports as required Communication To attend department meetings, calls and 1 to 1s as required Work closely with the operations team to provide recruitment support required to help them manage and meet the business demand Communicate all new joiners to the Academy/L&D Team for Orientation/training setup Partner with onboarding team to ensure new hires have a positive experience Acts as a brand ambassador when representing CityMD at all times Administration Provide standard recruitment admin support ex.: responding to site inquiries, etc. Liaise with new hires for Workday onboarding prior to their start Produce correspondence to all operational leaders in a timely fashion Ad hoc project work to improve recruitment processes To maintain a bank of standard letters and emails that reflects the CityMD brand Additional Responsibilities Support internal assessments as required Always talent spotting – able to approach potential CityMD candidates Qualifications 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high growth/high volume environment Undergraduate degree preferred Experience working with an ATS. Workday preferred Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (phone & in person) Confident interacting and partnering with all levels of leadership Proficiency with computer platforms and applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven organizational skills with a high attention to detail Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency Proven ability to be adaptable and consistent while positively contributing in a fast-paced, changing work environment Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues Salary: $74,000 - $78,000 About Our Commitment Total Rewards at VillageMD Our team members are essential to our mission to reshape healthcare through the power of connection.
