Elite Sourcing LLC is partnering with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team as a Junior Partner. As a Real Estate Attorney in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele on complex real estate transactions and provide legal counsel on a wide range of real estate matters. As a Junior Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate practice, providing mentorship and guidance to junior associates, and overseeing the firm's real estate matters. You will have the chance to work on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.


  • Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support staff in the real estate practice.
  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and projects.
  • Negotiate and draft real estate agreements, leases, and other relevant legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and review title and survey documents.
  • Assist with real estate financing matters and loan document preparation.
  • Handle real estate litigation matters, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing complex real estate matters.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior associates.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to provide strategic advice.
  • Bring no less than a $200K book of business
