Job Description

We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the U.S. This position requires: US Citizen with DHS Suitability or an Active Top Secret Clearance ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a React Node.JS Developer to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business. The Work Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements, and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests, and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Minimum Job Requirements: + 4+ years of experience working with the required technologies in an enterprise environment: + Nodejs, JavaScript, Electron + React/SPA + Unit Testing JavaScript + AWS serverless framework (API Gateway, ALB, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Kinesis, S3, DMS) + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + 1+ years of experience designing and developing new software solutions or major enhancements to existing software. + 1+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and designing specifications for technical solutions and associated activities. + 1+ years of experience designing and developing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with Representation State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). + 1+years of experience developing database queries, batch jobs, and stored procedures with Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) and Not Only SQL (NoSQL). + 1+ years of experience developing solutions using Message Services, including development of Apache ActiveMQ services. + 1+ years of experience developing interfaces (XML & JSON) compliant with National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) standards. + 1+years of experience developing integrated solutions with federal information and biometric exchanges including Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS). + 1+ years of experience designing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Microsoft Active Directory and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards. + 1+ years of experience with all aspects of configuration management planning including configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, configuration audits, and configuration documentation. + 1+ years of experience working in an agile environment. + US citizenship is required + DHS Suitability or an Active Top Secret Clearance is required Preferred: + Java + Angular + Jenkins/Cloudbees - Groovy Jenkins file development + Certificate management; Jira issue management; Git source code management Working at ICF Working at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
