We are fully remote!The Accounts Receivable - RE Collections Specialist primary responsibility is to researchtransactions verifying the accuracy of all AR RE Invoices by reviewing commission paymentsthat are either over or under before contacting Title Companies and/or Law Offices to reconcilethe file with a goal to organically increase the collections effort of outstanding real estatereceivables.Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Knowledge in real estate terminology with the ability to pick up eXp lingo quickly• Research transactions by reviewing all online platforms• Verify the accuracy of payments and initial transaction setup• Communicate clearly through emailing explaining the reason behind each collection• Call Title Companies, Law Offices, Property Management Companies to determinediscrepancies• Work with Brokers, Payment Processing and Accounting staff on write offs whereappropriate.• Submit any internal file discrepancy to Postclose, or Payment Processing for apost close correction when necessary.• Document all discussions and interactions within Intacct accounting system.• Confident and professional phone skills to collect past due amounts.• Ability to keep all interactions professional, positive and quickly to the point.• Ability and willingness to escalate past due items to the appropriate Manager forresolution.• Daily reporting of efforts and results.Education:• High School Diploma/GED required.Experience:• Real Estate experience and knowledge required• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; especially Excel.• Experience with Google Suite strongly preferred• Ability to learn new technology easily, required.• Must have a kind, understanding personality with the courage to collect debts• Excellent customer service and communication skills requiredeXp World Holdings is an equal employment opportunity employer.
