Job Description

Cogito is searching for a QA leader to drive quality initiatives to the left as we pursue our CI/CD deployments. This person will be responsible for leading and growing an established team of quality engineers; providing strategic and tactical leadership, technical guidance, people management and team development. The Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Cogito test strategy. They will develop the engineering processes and standards that drive quality throughout the development cycle, working with development and systems management to ensure that we provide our customers with reliable enterprise grade service. Working with peers in the sales and support organization the Quality Engineering Manager makes recommendations to senior engineering management on appropriate levels of investment in test staffing, tooling, and time.
