Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Outsourced Doers, you will play a vital role in upholding the quality of our Sales Account Managers’ and Onboarding Managers’ calls. Your insights, coaching, and corrective actions will help enhance performance, improve customer experience, and maintain service excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
