QA Engineer

Applied Labs, a leader in digital product development and engineering services is seeking a skilled and self-motivated QA Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. The ideal QA Specialist will have a high level of detail orientation, a result-oriented mindset, and be proactive in identifying and solving software quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, isolate, and resolve software defects.
• Perform manual testing to verify software application behavior. This will be mostly be UI testing.
• Identify, document, and track issues found during testing.
• Analyze and communicate test results, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts if necessary.
• Participate in project planning, providing input on test aspects.

• Flexible office policy - You can work from wherever you want or from our cozy office in Tashkent. You can even combine both - few days in the office and a few days remote

• 2+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
