We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
  • Submit invoices into the designated accounting software (training provided).
  • Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases.
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of office experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
