Property Due Diligence & Research Specialist (RVA UK Market)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Due Diligence & Research Specialist to conduct in-depth research on UK properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property research, data analysis, and due diligence processes. You will use Nimbus Maps and Excel to assess property details, ownership records, zoning restrictions, and other key data points to support investment or acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property due diligence using Nimbus Maps and other research tools.
• Analyze property ownership details, planning history, land use, and zoning regulations.
• Assess potential risks and opportunities in real estate investments.
• Gather, organize, and maintain property-related data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare detailed property reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on UK property market trends, regulations, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support property acquisition and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in property research, due diligence, or real estate analysis (preferably in the UK).
• Proficiency in using Nimbus Maps for property research.
• Strong Excel skills for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of UK property laws, planning permissions, and real estate regulations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
