Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience working as a property admin specialist is required
  • Experience working with an Australian client is a plus
  • Experience creating or designing content for social media postings using Adobe Suite is a must
  • Digital Marketing experience is preferred

Property Management

  • Process the Form 6
  • Prepare Lease Agreement
  • Lease Renewal Communication
  • Job/Repairs Request Management
  • Job Management - Tenants and Landlords Communication
  • Change of Tenancy (Communication)
  • Prepare Entry Notices
  • Responding to Rental References
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks

Sales

  • New Listing
  • Open Home and Buyer Data
  • Sending Thank you Emails after open homes
  • Match any buyer with properties owned in the area - link them in CRM
  • Create / Designing Social Media tiles, newsletters, and sales proposal
  • Digital Marketing for Facebook and Google Ads
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks
