Job Title: Project Support Analyst/Remote
Job Description:
The focus of the Supply Chain Transformation Team is to evaluate, communicate, and optimize all areas of the end-to-end supply chain from supplier to manufacturing to distribution to customer. This team liaises among Planning, Procurement, Transportation, Distribution and Manufacturing in order to provide thorough and meaningful information to help yield optimal decision making. This role as a part of this team will focus on supporting dashboard/reporting development projects to align with supplier performance and delivery KPIs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the development and documentation of multiple projects related to supplier performance and delivery (Lead Time, On Time In Full, Inventory Projections, etc. )
  • Effectively manage and prioritize use-case requests from Strategic Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
  • Coordinate and engage other SMEs across supply chain and operations to provide business process knowledge and ERP data required to develop dashboards and reporting
  • Communicate project updates and give demonstrations to leadership
  • Create and maintain a project timeline
Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience managing multiple fast paced projects at one time
  • Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with people of any level within the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Requires connecting business processes to system transactions and reporting.
  • Understanding of fundamental supply chain operational processes including production planning, material purchasing/procurement, inventory management and distribution
Required System Knowledge:
  • SAP C11 ERP system
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Preferred:
  • Enterprise or large-scale reporting tools experience (SAP Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
  • Planning Systems experience (e.g. JDA, SAP, Oracle, Demand Solutions)
  • Experience in SAP ERP implementation and business process creation a plus
  • Experience with the development of data process maps (Visio, etc.) a plus
Education:
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience
