If you are in a project lead capacity, looking to grow into a project manager and are excited by innovation and driven to succeed, you’ll find working for the Global Technology Services group an exciting and rewarding journey.” – Vice President, US Global Technology Services What You’ll Contribute Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution. Lead multiple support projects and incidents. Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans. Complete appropriate project documentation as required. Create and own project plan including schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path. Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans. Publish weekly status reports. Monitor execution and provide executive updates to Client and FICO’s management team. Manage customer relationship with senior members of the client technology and business teams. Work to leverage existing FICO assets to meet client requirements. Demonstrate the wider value that FICO provides to the clients. Using best practice methodologies to manage a team of functional and technical FICO resources to deliver FICO solutions to meet Clients’ needs. Gain understanding of the FICO products being delivered as part of the project to be able to converse with the client in a knowledgeable and confident manner. Well-executed change management. Will be the face of the project assigned to. Interacts with Solution Architects and Developers to clarify any questions or gaps regarding requirements and issues. Ability to react and think quickly to manage high priority issues raised by our business partners and clients. Collaborate with other teams, including Professional Services, QA, Strategy, Fraud, Business and IT Production Support to address any open incidents and enhancements. Communicate project details, issues, challenges to management and the client. What We’re Seeking Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Relevant work experience in a software application development environment, with ever increasing responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer engagement skills Experience in delivering large and complex software solutions. Strong client-focused management and/or consulting experience Understanding of software development methodology. Self-starter with high sense of urgency for growing the business. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of an organization with both technical and business teams. Proven track record of working in a technical environment in a fast-paced environment. Technical curiosity – wanting to understand how things work and how they could work better. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
