The Project Manager manages projects for new business acquisitions, new growth and development, current processes, and new initiatives. Duties include the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned project and the accountability of specified deliverables. The Project Manager works closely with the Director of PMO and Project Sponsor to accelerate the ministry by providing excellent project delivery.

Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply, and subcontract management progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management using ministry project management process.
Proactively identify and manage risk, issues, cross project dependencies, and report on project status within published baseline schedule.
In conjunction with the Project Sponsor and Cross Functional Team, determines the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
Ensures that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
Identifies, manages, and monitors completion of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Measures project performance using ministry project management systems and tools.
Ensures that all project information and records are appropriately documented and secured.
Monitors the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
Three (3) years' experience in a Project Management.
