What you'll get an opportunity to do as a Project Manager:Work with project team to develop the project scope and perform an estimate of work effort and elapsed time for assigned projectsDevelop project plans, in line with MG's project methodology with interim milestones and deadlines and works with the project team and development to manage the project plan, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met through careful resource identification and allocationParticipate in meetings on a regular basis to facilitate communication and effective implementation and review processesRecognize and identify new revenue opportunities with owned customersCreate Statements of WorkBuild strong client contacts and achieve referenceable resultsReport on progress, forecasts completion and identifies and resolves threats to on-time plan completionManage the risks of all aspects of projects, including the development of contingency plansOwns responsibility for achievement of revenue, expense and margin targets for projects under the project manager's purviewPlan and drive kick-off meetings with customersOwn transition of customer to support upon completion of implementation Proactively identify and manage project issuesProvide direction and support to project teamServe as the primary customer interface throughout all phases of the deployment cycle from project kick-off until transition to Customer SupportProvide monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts for projects under customers of responsibilityReview Cash Flow Reports and Revenue Reports to ensure revenue and invoice payments are as expectedApprove time and expenses for projectsWhat we're looking for:Roughly 3-8 years of related experience (SaaS specifically) Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultantsStrong communicator, able to influence and collaborate at all levels to maximize problem resolutionProject management skills with demonstrable ability to simultaneously manage multiple deadlines and large implementation projects to a successful conclusionAbility to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environmentAbility to drive conflict resolutionNice to Have: Experience with TMS (transportation management software) or experience within the transportation industry At MercuryGate, we not only value what you do for the organization, we also value your happiness, health, and time!Flexible Time Off (take what you need, when you need it), additional paid time off for Bereavement, Jury Duty, Community Service and 8 paid HolidaysFlexible work environment, working in the office or from home401(k) company match up - Traditional and Roth 401(k) options administered by Fidelity Investments; enrollment starts on your first dayChoice of medical plans with Cigna, coverage beginning the first day of employmentHealth Savings Account (HSA)Dental, Vision, Life and Short Term Disability, Long Term DisabilitySupplemental benefits including Voluntary Life Insurance, AD, Identity Theft, and Group Accident & Specified Disease Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus calculated as a percentage of base salary.MercuryGate is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
