SunTechPros is hiring for an IT Project Manager for a Pharma client in Princeton, NJ. Job Title Project Manager - Digital InnovationLocation Princeton, NJ Responsibilities-A Project Manager is needed to plan, coordinate, and drive initiatives. , most of which will be proofs of concept (POCs) andor pilots. This role will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a diverse group of stakeholders and vendors in order to drive projects to completion, managing budgets, reporting out on progress to management, and ensuring that risksissues are escalated appropriately, as required. Knowledge of the Clinical Domain is required. Specific Activities -Drive planning activities develop and maintain an integrated project plan-Define cadence of project team meetings-Conduct project meetings and maintain mutual interaction with project team members, leaders, staff, vendors,nd consultants-Identify project and application risks, confirming mitigation and contingency plans are in place for identified risks in order to reduce the risk of failure and support success of the project. Escalate risks as required.-Track and monitor project issues and escalate as required.-Maintain the RAID Log-Work with all teams to understand, plan, and manage dependencies between activities.-Ensure resources are allocated appropriately, and escalate resource deficiencies-Provide weekly and monthly status updates to key stakeholders, project leads, and the PMOProgram Manager-Inform senior leadership of key activities and create periodic progress reports summarizing project status, risks, required actions, and associated timelines. Maintain and confirm accuracy of project documents and reports.-Facilitate communication within the project and across workstreams about issues, risks, decisions, and other key program-related communications-Track project financials. This includes updating project financial projections and reconciling with actuals.-Facilitate the creation of purchase orders (POs). Track invoice approval. Manage spending against POs, and amendclose the PO as required.-Support vendor management as required.
