Aston Carter's Client is hiring for a Project Manager:
•Lead effort on Digital Strategies program that expands the reach and capability of Global Collections across the suite of their brands and geographies
•Leverage the existing organization structure to provide a compelling, coordinated, and controlled service offering across the enterprise
•Partner on the strategic direction of the program with internal business leaders, product, technology leadership on transformational efforts
•Deliver a focused and valuable enterprise solution through superior program delivery in these unprecedented times
•Strive to minimize exposure to risk across all relevant products and markets
•Leverage scale and performance to create organization/ expense efficiency
•Frequently interface with leaders within and outside of your immediate team
•Establish working relationships that enable self-direction in gathering requirements and scoping work
•Be the point of contact for program escalations
•Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for the program, and that they align to the overall KPIs for Global Collections
•Identify program impediments and develop mitigation places to resolve including appropriate escalation to individuals/groups as needed
•Lead program retrospective and commitment to improvement on regular cadences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Program Management: Experience running large programs with command and control in a fast paced environment that meet both strategic objectives and all legal and compliance requirements.
•Business Acumen: Solid understanding of how the Collections businesses operates (both internal and external) including current and possible future business trends and information. Strong awareness of how any given program will positively impact the enterprise
•Problem Solving: Be Innovative. Ability to derive creative solutions to help stakeholder groups and the program remove barriers to deliver success. Develop and present varied and unique approaches to help teams meet their goals
•Strategic Planning: Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately. Paint a credible picture of possibilities and approaches to achieve goals and mitigate consequences
•Comfort around Sr Management: Deals comfortably with Sr Director and VP level stakeholders. Understands how sr managers think and work. Ability to adjust communications to Executive audiences, broad stakeholder audiences, and working teams as appropriate
•Negotiating: Reaches appropriate resolution across peers and extended teams in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
•BS/BA degree required.
•Organization Transformation/ Change Management experience required
•8-10+ years professional related experience required or transferrable skills
•Experience with agile software development program management
•Prior track record of leading transformation efforts
•Strong communication skills at multiple levels of the corporate structure
•Ability to build strong relationships to achieve outcomes within a matrixed structure
