Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager/Customer Success with expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and other website-building platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with actors, clients, creators, and teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the agency by supporting various operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
○ Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
○ Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.


2. Resource Management:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact between actors and production teams.
○ Facilitate effective communication to convey project details, updates, and requirements.
○ Keep track of resource allocation and availability, optimizing team productivity.


3. Administrative Support:
○ Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling documentation.
○ Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials.


4. Collaboration and Communication:

○ Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.

○ Facilitate effective communication between different departments and external clients, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative working environment.

5. Quality Assurance:

○ Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards.

○ Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements

  • This job requires bilingual proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • An eye for detail is crucial for editing and proofreading written materials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to identify and correct errors in grammar, style, and formatting is necessary.
