TMS Project Manager I engages with customer stakeholders and other TMS resources to deliver business value. A Project Manager manages projects of small to medium size. A Project Manager is skilled in communicating across multiple channels, defining scope, schedule, and forecasting budget with guidance from their supervisor or Senior Project Manager. A Project Manager has ownership from planning to execution of implementing TMS product with a customer, including transitioning the project to TMS support.

Job Duties:
- Conduct Timeless implementation projects, serving as the primary customer contact.
- Develop and manage project plans, utilizing Smartsheet software and other internal tools and processes.
- Manage implementation issues, de-escalating the customers whenever possible to ensure an effective and efficient implementation and escalating concerns when required.
- Apply continuous risk management process to identify and assess risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the implementation is set up for success and project goals will be achieved.
- Understand contract deliverables and manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time and cost.
- Collaborate across all TMS teams which includes Support, Sales, Account Management, Product Development, etc.
- Structure and facilitate key project meetings.
- Basic knowledge of product configuration and functional use.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, provide guidance and direction to all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Validate financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in Healthcare Industry
- 1+ Project Management experience in Software Implementations
- Bachelor’s degree required

Work Conditions:
- Extended periods of sitting
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Flexible and occasionally long hours to meet customer needs
- Working in a remote environment with frequent interruptions
- Working in a busy hospital supporting front-end users
- Travel is required (20-35%) for supporting customer go lives
- Reside within one hour of a major airport
