As a Project Management and Segmentation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the teams’ project management systems and processes. You will be the primary owner and administrator of Adobe Workfront, ensuring its optimal utilization across teams, and will also evaluate and determine the strategic use of project management systems, aligning with organizational needs and workflows. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer segmentation strategies, utilizing segmentation insights to inform and enhance targeted marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Adobe Workfront, ensuring its optimal utilization across teams. Evaluate and determined the strategic use of project management systems between Adobe Workfront and Atlassian JIRA, aligning with organizational needs and workflows. Own the development and implementation of marketing segmentation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective customer segmentation strategies based on various attributes. Utilize segmentation insights to inform and enhance targeted marketing campaigns. Establish and maintain processes and procedures to ensure team efficiencies and effective utilization of tools. Monitor and analyze workflow processes, implementing improvements as necessary. Provide training and ongoing support to all team members on the use of Workfront and JIRA. Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to project management tools. Oversee team capacity management, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across projects. Work closely with the department leads to assess workload distribution and adjust project timelines as needed. Develop forecasting models to anticipate capacity needs and optimize team productivity. Lead and manage a team of coordinators who serve as Workfront experts, handling all traffic management, project building and timeline oversight. Provide coaching, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure the team operates efficiently and aligns with strategic goals. Foster collaboration between departments to streamline project workflows. Qualifications: 5-8 years’ experience preferred Strong project management skills and experience Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills Skilled & polished communicator People management, training, development experience preferred Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive strategy Related industries include: B2B, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Sales, Analytics Preferred experience with the Adobe Workfront and Atlassian JIRA tools Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
