Job Summary: We’re on the lookout for a Lead – Trust & Safety Sales Enablement (Proposals) to help shape our proposal strategy, strengthen sales enablement, and position our solutions for success in the growing Trust & Safety (T&S) space. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for crafting compelling proposals, building persuasive sales narratives, and ensuring our RFP/RFI responses hit the mark—aligning with client needs, industry trends, and our unique value proposition. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & RFP/RFI Management Support the proposal lifecycle, from RFP/RFI incoming to submission, ensuring responses are aligned with client expectations. Analyze RFP requirements to determine scope, feasibility, and resource allocation for a winning response. Develop winning sales narratives that highlight our Trust & Safety expertise, competitive differentiators, and industry best practices. Tailor proposal content to highlight key differentiators, success stories, and value propositions that matter most to each client. Focus on crafting client-centric proposals that directly address their pain points while positioning TaskUs as the go-to partner for innovative T&S solutions. Ensure that all proposals align with brand guidelines, content writing best practices, and industry standards, while maintaining a compelling, persuasive, and engaging tone Develop and maintain a proposal calendar, tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure proposals adhere to brand guidelines, content writing best practices (consistent tone, clear/concise messaging, grammar, sentence structure etc) Act as the central point of contact for all RFP-related communication, tracking changes and feedback. Deal Acceleration & Sales Support Actively support deal pursuits, assisting in crafting compelling executive summaries and solution overviews. Monitor RFP/RFI performance, analyze win/loss trends, and recommend improvements to enhance proposal success rates. Join client meetings and sales presentations as the T&S proposal expert, providing insights and reinforcing credibility during discussions. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and SMEs to customize proposals based on client pain points, industry verticals, and compliance requirements. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Establish best practices for proposal management, improving efficiency in handling complex RFPs and client inquiries. Gather feedback from sales and clients to refine messaging, improve proposal quality, and enhance overall sales enablement. Monitor KPIs such as win rates, proposal cycle time, and feedback from clients and sales teams to refine strategies and continually improve proposal success rates Required Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in Proposal Management, Sales Enablement, Trust & Safety, or Business Development in a BPO environment. Strong understanding of Trust & Safety services, and content moderation industry trends. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear messaging. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and SMEs to align on proposal strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track proposal performance, analyze trends, and optimize content accordingly.
