Among these, we offer more than 195 multi-discipline majors and degrees designed to prepare students for purposeful lives and careers.About the Opportunity:The division of Information Technology Services is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator role is an integral member of the Project Management Office and is responsible for assisting in the coordination of various activities assigned to the team. Examples of activities might include:o PMO Reportingo Preparation of detailed schedules and project artifacts to track project progress.o Tracking of project activitieso Reporting on project activities Responsibilities:• Assists in the creation and maintenance of the required project documentation and artifacts. • Ensures project needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. • Schedule/coordinate activities to include meetings, teleconferences • Participate in both internal and external meetings, keeping accurate notes and distributing meeting minutes as appropriate and documenting within Project Artifacts. • Help identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks. • Track the progress and quality of work being performed. • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. • Communicate ideas for improving ITS PMO processes with a positive and constructive attitude and developing this attitude in others. • Handle multiple tasks and determine priorities in an ever changing environment. • Work independently as well as in a team based environment. • Organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently. • Problem solve by providing timely and accurate data and analyses. • Remain flexible//adaptable as priorities change. • Positively influence others and gain cooperation. • Communicate effectively and tactfully; both orally and in writing. • Help ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.Qualifications:• Manage the PMO reporting calendar, ensuring PM team provides updated information for reports. Send reminders and follow up • Prepare PMO monthly and weekly reports for PM leadership and ITS leadership. • Maintain data health in ServiceNow PPM including regular data clean up • Perform PMO audits on projects • Document reporting requirements and work with development team on standard reports. • Produce adhoc reports as needed • Participate in tool and template updates • Maintain and update PMO Methodology to align with tool and template changes • Help Onboard new PMO members Preferred Qualifications: N/ASalary Grade: 09 Additional Information:A criminal background check is required for this position.
