Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator is a key member of the Component Foams (CF) business team reporting to the Junior Product Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Product Management team by organizing and managing the implementation of assigned projects & tasks to meet the business needs. The Project Coordinator role will support key functions such as product pricing, training and portfolio management. This is a remote based position.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day pricing activities and data management for the Component Foams business.Review & coordinate the business' policies & procedure updates, as scheduled.Participate in the Armacell World Class Manufacturing program (WAM) initiatives and provide organizational support to the pillar teams.Support the coordination of the CF training program by assisting with the scheduling, execution and follow up (assessments) of each session.Provide project assistance as needed with the various business teams such as product, technical, market, sales and/or customer service management.Job Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, a related field or the equivalent experience1 - 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment requiredProject management experience preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailsAbility to excel in a cross-functional team environmentPossesses professional written and verbal communication skillsPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCan work independently and multi-task in fast paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
