Talent Space, Inc. is looking for a remote Program Manager for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX! We are looking for a collaborative, innovative and proactive program manager to help transform and scale our B cloud collaboration business, and ensure 's collaboration customers fully realize the value of our products. The ideal candidate will partner with the organization's leaders and the broader cross-functional teams to operationalize the transformational strategy needed to take this growing cloud business to the next level. This individual will help drive growth by helping to define optimization solutions and providing key services that enable customer success. He or she will help to define automation requirements and process improvements while continuing to ensure that customer s needs are being met. Heshe will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Partner Success Managers, customers and partners to understand their key use cases, opportunities and problems in order to identify on-target solution requirements. This detail-oriented member of the team will act in a program management role for the Optimization Service Team. This team delivers key services for the CS organization such as Reporting Services, Webex Subscription Management requests and Process Design and Management. This position will focus on the Webex Meetings and Teams related non-adoption activities. Minimum Requirements you have a focus on understanding and delighting the customer You have 3+ years of Program Management experience, preferably with some in a high-tech industry (SubscriptionSaaS, IT, Software Development, Automation preferred). Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, commercial operations, Product Management, billing, customer success, partners and customers) You have a passion for working with stakeholders, identifying their needs and turning those needs into requirements You have experience creating and managing data and reports that will be maintained and presented at both a detailed and executive level You have experience developing user stories and business requirements You have Program Management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks to completion. You are a self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize a team to action. Your confidence and strong communication skills help you influence others --Desired Skills Experience working on Collaboration Products (Webex MeetingsTeams) experience preferred, but not required Business Process Improvement experience is preferred, but not required. You are able to identify an end to end solution and develop staged delivery to rapidly scale the CS organization s capacity to drive adoption and reduce churn You have solid experience in working in agile environment as well as continuous development. You are able to articulate market needs to stakeholders on a constant basis while growing trust and relationships. Responsibilities Work closely with the Interim Service team that will centralize the tasks currently being performed globally by 200 CSMsPSMsCS Care agents to clearly understand non-adoption tasks. Manage Reporting Services Program for Optimization Service Team Oversee reporting services requests and output for Optimization Service Team - Monitor all request channels - mailers, team spaces, customer meetings - Includes recurring report requests and new reports Monitor and maintain all reporting dashboards Assist with coordination of response team for report request - oversee response effort Gather prioritized report requirements to solution experts and PMs in order to automate, refine our product or offer, redirect activities to another organization, eliminate or build the capability in another team Monitor KPIs (dashboards), create weekly and monthly reports Participate in Webex Cancels Program support activities for the Optimization Service Team Monitor KPIs, create weekly and monthly reports If needed, provide additional support to team - Monitor mailers, spaces, case tool, and escalated transactions as needed - ReviewApprove CCE Midterm Cancellation Requests as needed to assist with high volume Provide Program Management Change Management Support for Optimization Service Team Ensure Change Management is implemented for the CS organization including communication and documentation of the revised workflow Partner with change management program owner and process management team to create documentation such as process materials and communication plans, as well as training content, process materials, playbooks, etc. as needed Update Sharepoint content Assist in the creation of new reports, KPIs, reporting rollout plans, per process updates Deliver change management plans and training to internal teams
