Summary of Key Responsibilities Lead the Starbucks bug bounty program. Reduce risk by overseeing resolution of vulnerability findings from multiple sources. Identify and report program metrics to articulate business impact for all application security programs. Translate customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions. Define acceptance criteria for new product features. Develop frameworks to enhance process and drive improvement across the application security team. Monitor feature performance to find opportunities to address continuous improvement. Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams. Recommend and plan innovative products and features. Evangelize application security fundamentals and advocate awareness with internal business teams.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Basic Qualifications 3+ years of program management experience 5+ years of overall experience working in IT Effective communication and relationship building skills. Strong problem solving skills. Knowledge and ability to apply process improvement principles. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Strong written, verbal and active listening skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with bug bounty or VDP programs. Experience working in information security.
