These programs are a growing portion of the overall Naval Power Mission Area and RMD business base with multiple recent contract awards and more in the forecast. NSM, JSM and DMEA 2021 planned revenue is expected to be greater than $100M with a five year plan outlook close to $1B. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results. This responsible role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of not only the finance organization but also RMD' strategic endeavors. The NSM, JSM and DMEA Finance team is made up of a dedicated group of three direct reporting analysts who support a robust portfolio of pursuits dedicated to enhancing warfighter capability.Responsibilities to Anticipate: Contract Management & Execution: Business and financial strategy to include investments as well as execution of development, production and international contract activities. Partner with the program team to contribute to the successful execution of contracts by providing critical financial oversight and guidance that includes developing, presenting and defending quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), financial and manpower forecasts, AOP and Long Range Planning of contracts, and will provide management and guidance to multiple Earned Value Management (EVMS) programs that include implementation and status, CDRL delivery and monthly LREs.Internal Customer Interfacing - Partner with the Tomahawk, NSM/JSM and P73 Business Manager and together will function as an interface to the program directors and will help them run the business of that organization. The practice of 'Acting like an Entrepreneur' is key in execution of this position. Support all yearly directorate specific deliverables of financial data from creating the Long Range Plan to helping finalize the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and related forecasts.
