Job Role: Productivity Engineer/ Workflow Automation Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)
Salary range: 1300 - 1600 AUD

Who The Client Is: A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), Print, and Mail service provider, the company operates with a strong focus on in-house management of all operations. Based in Sydney, the company values efficiency, precision, and innovative solutions in logistics and related services, with a commitment to never letting customers down.

Role Overview: As a Productivity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational efficiency by optimizing workflows and integrating tools. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. You will leverage AI technologies across platforms to automate processes and facilitate better data flow. You will be expected to guide and train team members on using these systems effectively, ensuring everyone can contribute to maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to enhance information accessibility and team collaboration.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and solutions across various platforms to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes that enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools that allow teams to track project progress, resource management, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and AI integration tools.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve workflow issues.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively teach team members.
  • A proactive and confident approach to leading initiatives and implementing solutions.
